Dark hardwood wall / ceiling panels with an elegantly carved central floral patterns and fretwork reclaimed from the Gilgamesh restaurant in Camden, London. The designs were based on the Assyrian sculptures and Mesopotamian works of art at the British museum. Photos of the restaurant as it was can be viewed here. Panels vary slightly in size; 78 - 81cm wide x 77.8 - 80.5cm high x 2.8 - 3.2cm deep. Some panels have been soda blasted and are much lighter others have also had the outer border removed, and are now 68.6cm wide x 69.5cm high x 2.3cm deep and for sale at £120. Splits and nails present. These were salvaged along with seating, tables, a bar, wall panelling, screens and decorations. Approx 11.2 Kg / Each Panel
