Pulpits in churches and chapels are raised stands / booths accessed via steps and used solely by the clergy for sermons. The lectern would generally be smaller than the pulpit, sometimes portable and used for Biblical / scripture readings. Lecterns can also be found in universities and courts. They are often made of wood. We usually have a selection of reclaimed wooden lecterns often with attractive carving and detailing and pulpits or parts thereof.
