A pair of Victorian Handyside cast iron urns on terracotta plinths, as seen as number 6 in the Handyside catalogue of 1880 (see photographs). The urns have fluted bodies, a gadrooned rim and ornate handles on each side. There has been a repair to one of the rims (some loss) of the urns and there is damage to a plinth with a corner unattached, commensurate with age. Overall measurements of the urns are listed below. The urn base measures: 30cm². The plinths measure: 38cm² x 40cm (h).
