A massive piece of slate reclaimed from a Midland based saddle makers. It is quite rare to find slate this large. This piece of slate will require lifting equipment to move it, as it is very heavy and weighs in excess of 500kg. The slate does have some chips and dinks to edges, as can be expected with age and use - refer to listing images for more details. A similar piece of slate can be found here. Please note that the stone plinth bases are not included, sale is for slate slab only.
