This would make a great shop or bar fitting! A beautiful ornate Italian 18th century, later painted and parcel gilt part credenza of stepped shelf form with a central cherub framed recess and a deep bookcase, with scrolls and three pilaster columns. The detail is all carved wood. The lowest of the stepped sections at the base measures 3 metres across and is 50cm high and 46 cm deep (front to back). The two shorter stepped sections measure 127cm wide, 50cm high and 46 cm deep. The cabinet on top of the stepped sections measures 137cm wide, 125 cm high and 50 cm deep. The pillasters are 113cm high. We are not sure how the credenza would have been originally set up, but in the format we have used in the photo, the total width would be 391 cm and the height would be 175cm, excluding the top crest and depth of 50cm.
