Two characterful sets of vintage gnomes. The larger set are mid-century and measure 13-14cm wide x 30-32cm high x 11-12cm deep. They have interesting characterful features with plenty of chips and scrapes. One is holding a tool and a pipe, one slightly shorter one is leaning on a broom and the third one has his arms folded. They are wearing interesting eye make-up. These are priced at £150 for the set of three.
The smaller set is older, probably 1920s, and the figures measure between 4.5-9cm wide x 6-12cm hig x 3.5-5cm deep. These have very happy expressions - one is playing a violin, one is smoking a pipe and one is relaxing in a reclining position. Very charming characters. These are priced at £95 for the set.
