Reclaimed industrial tin plated sliding door, complete with rail, made by Mathers & Platt in Manchester, early 20th Century. Mather & Platt Ltd foundry opened in 1845 and was immortalised in a painting by LS Lowry. This door was originally sold as an armoured fire door it untested to current fire safety standards. The height varies from 221.5cm to 226cm and the overall height is 248.5cm. Wear and scratches to door as expected with age.
