Reclaimed metal plated factory sliding fire door, made by Mather & Platt and first fitted in 1957. Overall height is roughly 245cm including wheels, the bar is 221cm wide x 6.2cm high x 1.3cm deep, the tube has a diameter of 11.5cm and is 23cm wide (including brackets) 183cm high x 18.5cm deep. Door is complete with bar, weights, fixings and tube to house the weights. Originally sold as an armoured fire door it is untested to current fire safety standards. Dings and scratches as expected with age.
