Late 19thC polychrome decorated cast iron figure of Mary and Christ. Of French manufacture, Signed 'A. Durenne, Sommevoire'. Antoine Durenne (1822 to 1895) was an internationally renowned French art founder. The foundry was based in Sommevoire, near the Val d'Osne, Haute-Marne, France. Some scuffs to the paint commensurate with age.
