Paying for your purchase
We can take payment for goods in numerous ways including cash, card, cheque and bank transfer. Currently we do not offer payment directly via the website (e-commerce). All goods must be paid for before we will ship. 

Payment methods
Payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling using the following methods

• Cash (in person only)
• Cheques (we will not release goods until the cheque has cleared)
• Debit and Credit Card (in person and over the phone)
• BACS payment (bank transfer)

We will also accept payment by Paypal but may charge an extra 4% due to high transaction charges.

Payment by credit/debit card over the phone
We are happy to accept card payments over the phone, this is normally preceeded by us emailing you an invoice or sales order prior to payment.

Delivering to someone other than the card holder.
We may on occasion decline to ship to a third party address when payment has been made by debit and credit card and instead insist on a BACS payment.

Foreign Payments
We cannot accept payment in foreign currencies, you must ask your bank to convert foreign currencies to UK pounds.  Throughout the website you'll find all items priced in GB Pounds. We also show the price in Euros and US Dollars but these are intended as an approximate guide only. The amount you may need to pay in order to raise the equivalent UK sterling may be more or less than indicated according to exchange rate on the day and any bank charges.

Card details via email
Never send your credit/debit card details via email or text message - these are not secure methods and your card could be compromised.
