An impressive and rare early to mid 20th Century cast iron bath and shower set.  The ball of each cast iron foot is (unusually) adjustable and marked 'British Patent No 350689'.  The taps (not tested) are marked 'Ewart and Son Ltd, Euston Road' - a metalworkers and water heater manufacturers famous for roofing Buckingham Palace and the Bank of England. They moved from Euston Road in 1911 to Letchworth in Hertfordshire.  The height given on the main page is from the floor to the top of the shower frame.  Standing area (within the bath) is 196cm and the showerhead measures 20cm in diameter.

Some staining and deterioration to the internal surface of the bath, wear to chrome.  Slight damage to one of the tap inserts.
