Original Art Deco cast / composition stone fireplace. Iconic fan detail to the centre and geometric stepped top. Measurements given are the maximum externally. Internally 42.1.cm wide x 68cm high. The surround is in three pieces and not overly heavy. Large crack to top section and other smaller cracks and chips to edges commensurate with age and use.
