Industrial metal pigeon hole shelving unit

This reclaimed Mid-Century industrial shelving unit is badged BVB Appliance Company Ltd, Hospital Street, Birmingham.  A true piece of Birmingham's steel history, this company was wound up in 1959.  The unit is made of steel, painted green, and is well-used with multiple scratches, knocks and surface rust. There are label holders under the 56 pigeon holes, and it appears to have been used in the automobile industry, perhaps a garage, suggested by the hand written labelling.  Pigeon hole sizes are 18cm wide  x 14cm high x 19.2cm Depth.
