A set of four antique rectangular columns in teak with beautifully hand-carved decorative capitals featuring acanthus leaves, scrolls and flowers and a ball edging. One of the capitals is slightly different from the others, though it is clearly part of the same set. The capitals are flat-backed and sit on lugs protruding from the columns. The remnants of paint provide a beautiful patina. There are some losses to the carving, but the pillars are in decent condition for their age. Overall height is 210cm and the columns measure 20cm wide x 9.5cm deep; capitals measure 37.5cm wide x 19cm deep.
