Reclaimed antique French fire surround with marble columns and marble detailing to the slate mantel. The internal opening is 100cm wide x 78cm high and overall the fireplace is deeper than 39cm as it wraps around the chimney, this extra depth could be removed to allow the surround to sit in flush with the wall. Due to the surround being in multiple pieces it was not erected in our studio therefore all dimensions are approximate. The surround was reclaimed from a house in central Lille, France, along with the overmantel (shown in the photos) and oak panelling, which are available here, and a neo renaissance / art nouveau style door which can be viewed here.
